The easiest way is to fly directly to Marsh Harbour (airport code MHH) if you can. From the airport you take a taxi ($15) for 8 minutes to the ferry dock to Great Guana Cay. The ferry dock is next to "Curly Tail" restaurant and bar, a nice place to sit and wait for the ferry with a refreshment.

Be aware that the 5:45 PM ferry from Marsh Harbour does not go from August to November.

The ferry ride to Great Guana Cay costs $27 per person, return. Children under 12 pay half price.

When the ferry arrives on Great Guana Cay, you will be picked up on the ferry dock if you give notice as to which ferry you're arriving on.

If you walk, then take a right from the public dock, walk all the way through Grabber's and out on the other side (along the beach) and the first, little dirt road going up a hill to the left is the way to Blue Coral Landing. The fist house on the right is the cottage. The next house belongs to the caretakers, Troy and Maria, who also own Dive Guana. You can rent a cart, boat, bicycle and buy snorkeling gear from them. What to find and where

Great Guana Cay is approximately seven miles long with a spectacular beach on the ocean side that offers wonderful swimming, snorkeling and beach combing. There is excellent fishing on the reefs and offshore.

Guana Cay is where you come if you're looking for peace and quiet. Walk the several miles long beach where you see only a few people, or snorkel, swim or scuba dive. You can rent a bicycle or a golf cart to get around, but you can walk everywhere from the cottage. Guana Cay has many restaurants and bars, souvenir stores, a grocery store, a liquor store, a drug store, and a brand new lunch restaurant next to the ferry dock.

		Grabber's Bed, Bar & Grill, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bar open all day and into the night.
		Pirate's Cove Tikibar serves dinners and drinks.

		If you arrive with a larger boat, you can dock here, next to the public dock.
